Dr. Johnson is a general surgeon with expertise in surgical oncology, specifically breast, melanoma and sarcoma and endocrine surgery. She completed her internship and residency at L.A. county-USC Medical Center. She presently is the Medical Director of the Legacy Cancer Services and the Legacy Good Samaritan Breast Center. She is actively involved in cancer research. In addition, she has served on the American Board of Surgery, Advisory Council to General Surgery in the American College of Surgeons. Currently she is a member of the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners and the Northwest Health Foundation. She is past president of the Portland Surgical Society and is a Clinical Professor of Surgery at OHSU.
